Course Billing Information

F.I.R.E.S. Course - Billing Information

No course will be run without a signed F.I.R.E.S. contract.
F.I.R.E.S. will sign departmental or company contracts, in addition, if requested.
All courses will be billed as per the agreed upon and signed F.I.R.E.S. contract.
No initial bill will be sent, unless requested.
The contract will be the initial bill, unless otherwise specified.
A bill will be sent 1 month after the first day of the class.
A bill will be sent each month thereafter.

1. The cost of the class shall be the total retail amount stated in the contract.

2. This includes: course cost, plus (where necessary) travel expenses, food cost, and other (contracted) necessary expenses.

3. If the class is paid for in full, any time up to 15 days prior to the 1st day of the class you will receive a 10% discount. Pay only 90% of the stated retail contract price. Pay the price listed as "the discounted price" given in the contract.

4. If the class cost is paid in full, from 14 days prior to the class until the 1st day of class you will receive a 5% Discount. Pay only 95% of the stated retail contracted price. Pay the price listed as "the discounted price" given in the contract.

5. If you pay any time between the first day of class and/or up to 30 days after the first day of the class, you will pay the total retail amount. Again, this amount is in the contract (as per those details listed in part #2).

6. After 30 days without payment, you are obligated to pay an additional 2.5% per month.

7. The first written bill you receive, after the initial 30 day billing period, will reflect this 2.5% (per month) penalty. Each additional month, without payment, 2.5% will be added.
