* These courses are equivalent to our "full" courses. But, because we limit the number of students enrolled and increase the instructor-to-student ration, we can do these courses in about 1/2 the time. They are intense!

Designed to teach rope skills to law enforcement personnel. This very successful course teaches safe intelligent techniques. It teaches police, prison personnel, tactical officers, and special agents how to perform approved techniques while under the stresses of a tactical situation. The course covers ropes, harnesses and equipment. We cover knots, hitches, anchoring, and belaying. They learn rappelling, tie offs, rope changing, self-rescue, and ascending (going back up). They also learn how to recover a wounded officer.

This course also covers simple easy to remember methods for litter techniques and hauling and lowering systems. These easy-to-learn methods will help the officer evaluate, package, and remove wounded officers or civilians from a dangerous situation.
