40 Hours - 12 to 24 Students
Prerequisite: Basic Industrial rope Handling, Safety, & Rescue
The most intensive Industrial (non-specialized) advanced course taught
by anyone. After completing this course, and with a little practice,
your team will be truly qualified to handle just about anything.
Students will be comfortable in "the vertical world." Your team will understand hauling systems, minimal anchoring, and equalized anchoring systems, advanced ascending techniques. They will safely belay single person and multi-person litter loads. They will be comfortable loading patients into the litter while that person hangs in mid air. They will understand how OSHA, NIOSH, and company policies, and other standards play a part in their rescues. Your team will be safe, proficient, and confident in just about any situation.
