Basic Industrial Rope
Handling, Safety, & Rescue

This is probably the most comprehensive, intensive, and complete basic industrial rope course offered anywhere. This course teaches more than just rappelling or "dropping someone into a hole."

This course covers: ropes, harnesses, software, hardware, and other rescue equipment. The course teaches realistic easy to remember methodology. Rappelling, belaying, tie-offs, changeovers, and self-rescue are covered. In addition to learning hauling systems and lowering systems. Students learn ascending, one-person rescues, litter packaging, tie-ins, and various litter evolutions. The course concludes with a "hard core" stokes litter - obstacle course at your factory.
