This course teaches the basics of Incident Command for your team. How does your team, and its individual members, fit into the overall picture? Who does what and why? Where do you put those in charge? And, what are they really in charge of? What positions are there to be filled? What happens at all the other positions during an incident. Who are in all those other positions, and must they all be filled at every incident?

Learn who is in charge of the scene, the incident at your facility. This is a good basic course that provides both understanding and direction.

Learn the importance of communication. Communication is stressed and guidance is given to the students so that they can communicate with others, yet not dominant the airwaves. The course stresses communication not only on the radio but also on a 1 to 1 basis. This is a great course!
